Keith Cooper serves as the President and CEO of One Core Consulting (OCC) LLC.  OCC specializes in providing structured support to start up and small businesses in the US Government and commercial market spaces.

Prior to assuming the role of President and CEO of One Core Consulting, Keith served at Boeing as the Vice President of Training and Professional Services where he was responsible for over 5000 people with a $1.5B P and L in six departments located in over 50 locations throughout the world. He also served concurrently as Chairman of the Board for Tapestry Solutions and as a member of the Board for Aviation Training International.

Prior to Boeing, Keith served as the Senior Vice President of Army and Marine Corps Services (AMCS) within Cubic Global Defense (CGD), Cubic Corporation, with responsibility for more than 1100 employees in 50 locations within 10 countries.

Prior to that, Keith served at Raytheon in the Technical Services Company; as the Director of Logistics and Training, and later as the Business Development Executive. Both positions served customers in all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, the Department of Energy, the Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Transportation Security Administration.

Prior to joining Raytheon, Keith served as an Infantryman in the Army for 26 years, retiring as a Colonel. While in the Army, Keith held positions ranging from an Infantry Platoon Leader to the Chief of Staff of the 1st Infantry Division, “The Big Red One” in Tikrit, Iraq during OIF 2.

Keith is an avid pilot holding an Airline Transport Rating along with multiple instructor and commercial seaplane ratings. In addition to the President of OCC, Keith serves on the Board of an aviation startup company he is a volunteer pilot for both Angel Flight, a 501(c)(3) organization that serves people in need by arranging charitable flights for health care or other humanitarian purposes and Pilot N Paws by flying animals designated for kill shelters to foster and adoptive care.  Keith also supports and volunteers for SBP in their effort to rebuild homes after natural disasters.

A native of Anchorage, Alaska, Keith holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from West Point, a Master’s of Science in Mathematics from the Colorado School of Mines, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University. He is also a graduate of the Army’s Airborne and Ranger Schools. His military decorations and awards include the Distinguished Service Medal, Bronze Star, three-time recipient of the Legion of Merit, and five-time recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal.
